The program integrates nine evidence-based leadership skills drawn from recognised research frameworks including Marshall Rosenberg's Non-Violent Communication Model, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi's Flow Theory, Steven Kotler's peak performance research, Lisa Feldman Barrett's theory of constructed emotion, and Zaffron and Logan's Three Laws of Performance.
Rnold holds a Certified Relational Skills Trainer designation aligns closely with the objectives of the CSA Z1003 Standard for Psychological Health and Safety and is the founder of Connection Apps Inc. dedicated to advancing leadership practice in Canadian workplaces. The Conection App is a proprietary technology platform that delivers structured daily skill reinforcement to program participants between training sessions, ensuring that learning translates into lasting workplace behaviour change.
